This recipe is a brilliant idea if you have an herb garden and want to try all your aromatic greens in one dish. It is also a good way if you want to showcase your fresh herbs to your friends. All of those wonderful aromas of herbs will mingle together as you cook the patties on the grill and as it wafts through the whole neighborhood it will cause a stir. The patties in this recipe can also be made into meatballs or a meat loaf, whichever you prefer, instead of burgers. The herbs are listed as chopped or diced. If chopped, naturally, it will leave you with bigger pieces of the herbs. They will burst onto the palate when you bite into them. Since some people prefer their spices finely diced, the option is yours.
