Hamburgers are arguably one of the most popular and universal dishes in the culinary industry today. Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 green bell pepper, minced
½ cup chopped green onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Red pepper flakes
Sea salt
1) Preheat the grill to high heat.
2) In the meantime in a large bowl mix the beef, green bell pepper, green onions and garlic and blend well.
3) Stir in the rest of the spices such as the oregano, cumin’s, paprika, salt and a little red pepper flakes.
4) Shape the mixture into 6 hamburger patties and set them aside.
5) Place on the oven and ensure they are fully done, remove from the oven and serve while still hot.
