For the
vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons
vinegar,
4 tablespoons oil,
1 teaspoon mustard
1. Remove the
skin of the salami. Slice thinly and place on a serving dish. Add chopped
onions and chopped parsley.
2. To make
vinaigrette, mix vinegar, oil, and mustard and season with salt and pepper.
