Ingredients
3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 cup gold raisins
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup toasted almonds, slivered
3 cups cooked turkey breast meat, diced
1. Mix in the mayo or salad dressing in a
bowl, Dijon mustard, sugar, vinegar, raisins, celery, and onions. Blend well
until the sugar dissolves and all the ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Stir in the turkey and also the almonds.
Chill.
3. If desired, garnish with some additional
almonds, and serve.
