Frothy Bananas


To make a sumptuous treat you don’t need to bake a pie or your favorite gourmet dessert. This recipe for banana froth you can make in less than 10 minutes. For those who are not familiar with baking or cooking this is the perfect simple dessert recipe since it does not require any cooking at all. It only needs to be assembled as it is simple and very easy to prepare. It has the same texture and sensation as pudding and tastes wonderful. Banana froth makes a wonderful presentation served neatly on pudding dishes. For an elegant and refreshing touch garnish it with mint leaves.

To make banana froth you only need three simple ingredients: whipped cream, white sugar, and large bananas. Most of these ingredients can be found in every kitchen pantry. You can easily make banana froth for them if you need to whip up something really fast for dessert or unexpected guests are coming over. After a full meal this makes a light and refreshing treat. It is easy to digest and finish and also helps cleans the palate.

To make this recipe use large sweet bananas. You can also use the small or baby bananas. But you will have to double the amount used to make the same amount as in this recipe. If you have fresh cream, before combining it with the bananas whip it first using an electric beater until it is nice and frothy.

Ingredients
3 large bananas, peeled and mashed
1 cup whipped cream
5 tablespoons white sugar

1. Stir together the sugar and the bananas in a bowl, to form a puree.

2. Then add the whipped cream and stir gently.

3. Pour spoonful into pudding dishes. Serve at room temperature.
